This is a gift designed to guide the recipient through a year of pampering.  Each month has a different theme such as “Manicure” or “Moment Of Reflection”, and offers suggestions for the monthly time to relax. This gift will create an opportunity for the recipient to take a little time for himself or herself each month to relax and rejuvenate.
